November 23rd to 25th, the final round of the 2nd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral and Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Guangzhou. This competition is the highest standard, largest scale, and most rewarding innovation and entrepreneurship event for doctoral and postdoctoral groups organized by Guangdong Province in recent years. It attracted over ten thousand registrations and involved 3,351 project teams, including 356 projects from overseas divisions, which is a 100% increase compared to the previous year. The total prize money for the final round reached 10.2 million yuan, a 200% increase year-on-year.

During the final round, concurrent events such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral and Postdoctoral Achievement Exhibition, the competition project achievement transformation docking meeting, the "Fragrance River Scholars Program" academic annual meeting, and job fairs were held.
