Mr. Li stressed that December is the final, decisive month for the year’s results and every employee must shift into “battle mode.” Production must guarantee that every single order ships on time and at quality; the sales force must craft pinpoint stock-clearance tactics in lock-step, accelerating inventory turnover through channel expansion and promotional bundles. In parallel, the company will fine-tune its appraisal-and-incentive system, granting special awards to teams that conquer these end-year missions.

Following Mr. Li’s address, the ceremony moved to its most anticipated segment: the awards. Mr. Li personally presented certificates and cash prizes to the outstanding employees of November, saluting their exceptional performance. He offered warm congratulations to the winners and urged the entire workforce to measure themselves against these role models and strive for even greater heights, channeling the power of their example into unstoppable momentum for December’s final sprint.

Department heads in attendance pledged to break down the targets into granular tasks the same day—every post, every person accountable.
